1. Who We Are

Oakley Firearms, 24 Chaucer Business Park, Watery Lane, Kemsing, TN15 6PJ, Kent RFD 46/00000011743. References to "we", "us" or "the shop" mean Oakley Firearms.

2. Reservations, Not Sales

This website is a catalogue and reservation system — it is not an online shop. Nothing on this site is offered for sale, and no contract of sale is formed by placing a reservation. Reserving an item online holds it for collection; the sale itself takes place in person, in-store, once we have completed all applicable certificate, ID and legal checks.

3. Certificates and Age Restrictions

Firearms, shotguns and certain ammunition can only be sold to holders of a valid, current certificate covering that item, verified in person at collection. You must be 18 or over to reserve or collect any item on this site. We reserve the right to refuse any sale where we are not satisfied the legal requirements are met.

4. Stock Holds

A reservation places a time-limited hold on stock. If a reservation is not collected within the hold period shown at checkout, it may be automatically cancelled and the stock released back for sale. We'll email you before this happens wherever possible.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices and stock levels are shown as accurately as we can manage, but errors do happen — particularly on pre-owned or one-off items. We'll always contact you before honouring an order if a listed price or availability turns out to be wrong.

6. Cancelling a Reservation

You can cancel a reservation at any time before collection by contacting us directly. Since no payment is taken online, there is nothing to refund at this stage — cancellation simply releases the held stock.

7. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for anything done through your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
